  • With giclée printing, you can expect a higher quality product that lasts longer than your run-of-the-mill inkjet prints. It requires a very high digital art quality and it is known to be one of the best ways to produce archival reproductions of artworks. It requires lightfast inks so that the print colours will last longer.

  • We can do this on request, please make a note in your order and we will make sure your order looks lovely for your recipient!

  • In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified time frame please contact us at hello@jofaulkner.com. We'll be more than happy to help!

  • If you've made a mistake or given us the incorrect delivery address please contact us at hello@jofaulkner.com immediately so that we can rectify this before your order is shipped out.

  • We don't currently offer a framing service, all of our art prints are posted without frames.

  • Yes you can! if we have the original and it’s possible to do so we are more than happy to print another design for you. Please email hello@jofaulkner.com and we can see if we can help.

  • We work with A series print size format, with A3 being 297mm × 420mm. US tabloid or Ledger is 279.4 x 432.8mm. We can custom print to other international letter sizes, for additional cost. Please contact for more information.

  • We send all our prints currently rolled in a tube to best protect them, and wrapped in Acid free tissue. You may notice the print is slightly curled, but after framing this should flatten, or ion you want it loose I suggest sitting it under a heavy book with some paper between to protect it and it should be flat in no time! For the tubes and paper, We are working on a more sustainable packaging option, in the mean time bear with us while we hunt down this.

  • Yes we can! Please let us know if there is something else you would like at hello@jofaulkner.com. If the art is suitable we are happy to enlarge the print sizes. We can on occasion print smaller like the following sizes too if we think its appropriate for the artwork.

    A5 (148 x 210 mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches) - A4 (210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches) - A3 (297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches) - A2 (420 x 594 mm / 16.53 x 23.39 inches)

  • The paper we use is archival quality Etching Cotton Rag 315gsm which is OBA free. It is heavy weight but still flexible with a nice watercolour texture. The colour is an off white/light cream so just to note it will appear different against a optic white mount.

  • OBAs are brighteners added to paper. We chose this OBA free paper as it is better for the environment to have no optical brighteners added. OBAs are not biodegradable. They leach toxic chemicals into the soil and water. OBA-free art prints are much more print stable which means the colour will not fade as much as it would with the brighteners in the paper.

  • We do sell original art pieces on request, please contact us at hello@jofaulkner.com if you are interested in a particular item.
